Fulfilment
We ship internationally (with the exception of the nations listed below) from our office in Berlin weekly on Wednesdays. Our deliveries are insured and handled by DHL Go Green, DHL Express, UPS or DPD.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is fulfilled and ready for dispatch.
We always choose the most affordable shipping option. In case you want to receive your order faster, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we are happy to look into a faster alternative (subject to additional charges by the shipping carrier).
Please note, KORG Berlin will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit and for any occurring local import charges (customs duties and taxes).
Due to service limitations we currently are not shipping to: North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Yemen, Sudan.
Sustainability
We do our best to provide you with options to receive your order in a more sustainable manner. Within Berlin, you may select our local pickup point, The Boat Kaffee, to avoid shipping. Otherwise all EU and international orders will be delivered in a repurpoused box provided by Sendmepack GmbH. All single book orders will be shipped with ColomPac®_Book packaging.
For German customers, you can follow their guidelines to return your box to a local pickup point in your area. We encourage everyone to find a way to reuse the box or donate the box locally for reuse.
If you have received a box from us and wish to put it in recycling because reuse is not possible, please remove any tape, labels, plastic, or other materials from the cardboard box so it can be more easily recycled.
