Fulfilment
We ship within Europe from our office in Berlin weekly on Wednesdays. Our deliveries are insured and handled by DHL Go Green within Germany, UPS or DPD for the rest of the EU.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Please note, KORG Berlin will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Sustainability
We do our best to provide you with options to receive your order in a more sustainable manner. Within Berlin, you may select our local pickup point, The Boat Kaffee, to avoid shipping. Otherwise all EU orders will be delivered in a pre-used box provided by Sendmepack GmbH.

For German customers, you can follow their guidelines to return your box to a local pickup point in your area. We encourage everyone to find a way to reuse the box or donate the box locally for reuse.

If you have received a box from us and wish to put it in recycling because reuse is not possible, please remove any tape, labels, plastic, or other materials from the cardboard box so it can be more easily recycled.
